Barbara Doukas is a seasoned attorney with over twenty-five years of experience in real estate, banking, and corporate law.
Throughout her career, Barbara has successfully handled a wide range of commercial, business, and residential transactions, representing both institutional lenders and private investors. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to providing prompt and impeccable service, Barbara consistently delivers exceptional results for her clients.
Barbara’s practice focuses on representing institutional lenders in the acquisition and refinancing of commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties. She also has extensive experience with government-insured loans, particularly those offered through the United States Small Business Administration, including the 504 and 7(a) loan programs.
Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, Barbara is also fluent in Greek, adding an extra layer of service for her diverse clientele. She represents the firm’s banking clients in all areas of financing, including real estate loans, business loans, leasing, and other secured transactions.
