Jake Lader is an associate at Harfenist Kraut & Perlstein LLP, where he focuses on a wide range of litigation in both state and federal courts across New York, as well as in various alternative dispute resolution forums. He represents businesses and individuals in commercial and civil litigation matters, including breach of contract claims, employment disputes, and issues arising from real estate transactions. Admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, Jake brings a comprehensive legal skill set to his practice. He earned his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he participated in the Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic, and he holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
